No Clarion 72 Hour Feed
Clarion County has no official 72-hour release feed. The county Corrections and Sheriff pages contain no rolling three-day view, current inmate roster, booking log, or named archive. There is no published feed URL, field list, refresh schedule, photo flag, or retention promise. No official sheriff jail app was found, and the county does not offer a systematic social-media release stream.
This absence is the core local fact. A three-day range is still useful as a search frame, but it must be applied to calls, docket dates, alerts, and a record request. It cannot be treated as a public database. An unofficial listing may be stale or copied from a source with unknown timing. A missing name may mean transfer, a corrected record, limited retention, or true release.
Check Clarion Three-Day Releases
Build the period from exact calendar dates and the last known agency. For someone held at Clarion County Corrections, use the jail as the source for physical movement. Then use court records to find the legal event. This order avoids mistaking a bail entry for completed discharge or a transfer for freedom.
- Set the start and end of the three-day period and record the time zone used.
- Call Clarion County Corrections at 814-226-9615 with the full name and known booking date. Ask whether the person remains held, was discharged, or was transferred.
- Search UJS Case Information in Clarion County MDJ and Common Pleas records. Check bail, disposition, sentence, and later orders.
- Compare any saved PA SAVIN event. Keep release and move or transfer labels distinct.
- Request the existing release or movement record when a dated official record is needed.
Use identifiers beyond the name when possible. Date of birth, docket number, booking date, and inmate number reduce false matches. If Corrections reports a state transfer, use the PA DOC Inmate Locator. If state imprisonment later became parole, use the Department Supervised Individual Locator. Neither system is a county release list.
The Jail Releases: 24 Hours page narrows the same-day task and adds transport and local supervision details.
Clarion 72 Hour Record Fields
No official public Clarion table displays named three-day release fields. The county has not said that it posts names, booking numbers, times, reasons, destinations, or photos for this period. The following inventory is therefore a request framework. It describes what an existing custody record could answer if maintained and releasable.
| Field to identify | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Person and booking identifier | Separates the relevant custody episode from another person or case. |
| Admission or commitment time | Defines the start of the local hold. |
| Physical release date and time | Places the movement inside or outside the three-day period. |
| Release basis or code | May show bail, time served, dismissal, probation, or another reason. |
| Destination | Distinguishes a community exit from transfer to another authority. |
Clarion does not publish a data dictionary that guarantees these fields. Ask for the existing commitment, release, discharge, or movement record and list the desired fields with “if maintained.” That phrasing does not ask staff to create a list. It also leaves room for lawful redaction or withholding.
Note: A three-day date range narrows the search but does not create a public release list that Clarion County never published.
Clarion Weekend Release Timing
A wider window can catch events that span a weekend, but Clarion County publishes no weekend or holiday release policy. No official source established exact discharge hours, staffing cutoffs, a physical exit, family waiting rules, or whether a court event will be processed the same day. Those points must be confirmed with the facility for the individual case.
Three clocks may differ. The docket records when a court filing or order was entered. The jail record can show when staff completed physical release or transfer. PA SAVIN reports the event received from a participating source and may update on its own schedule. Around a weekend, placing those timestamps in sequence is more useful than forcing them into a made-up rolling list.
Bail is a good example. A docket may show that bail was posted, yet another warrant, detainer, identification step, or administrative task may prevent immediate discharge. The precise statement is that the docket records a bail event. Only the jail can confirm the later physical movement.
Request Clarion Three-Day Records
Use the Clarion County RTKL request form for historical proof. Give the person's full name, aliases, date of birth if known, and a narrow booking or commitment range. Request an electronic copy of an existing record that contains the admission, booking identifier, physical release date and time, release type, and destination, if those fields are maintained.
The county may grant, partly grant, deny, or invoke an extension within its response framework. Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law does not guarantee every correctional item. Security, investigative, medical, juvenile, victim, personal-identifier, sealed, or expunged content may be withheld or redacted. Ask for the legal basis for any withheld part and appeal information when applicable.

Electronic delivery avoids duplication charges. Ask for a cost estimate before copies are made. The request route is also the durable option after a SAVIN result or unofficial listing is no longer visible.
Clarion Release Data Gaps
The county's official public design confirms the data gap. Its Corrections navigation supplies institutional information, but not a name-search tool. The Sheriff page supplies no 72-hour substitute. Thus disappearance from a nonofficial site cannot distinguish a community discharge from transfer to PA DOC, another county, USMS, BOP, ICE, treatment, or another authority.
Review the official Clarion Corrections page that the local fallback begins with.
The captured navigation supports the county-specific conclusion: status must be checked through the facility, court, notification, and records channels rather than a rolling feed.
PA SAVIN works best prospectively. Register while the person is still found and save the event notice. The state does not promise a permanent released-person archive. A no-result after three days may reflect timing, spelling, source coverage, or removal, so it cannot establish what happened.
Aggregate Prison Board minutes do not fill the gap. The February 2025 report lists 43 releases, the May 2025 report lists 45, and the December 2023 report lists 58 for their respective reporting periods. Those figures show substantial turnover, but they do not name people or define every movement included in the total. They also cannot be combined into a unique-person count. Use them only to understand why a current snapshot loses history while the custody record remains the correct person-level source.
Clarion Release Across Custody Layers
Clarion County Corrections holds sentenced people as well as people awaiting arraignment, trial, sentencing, or transport. Leaving that facility describes a movement. It does not always mean entry into the community. The next source depends on the destination.
| Possible outcome | Source to check |
|---|---|
| Community discharge after local court action | Clarion movement record and UJS docket |
| County probation or local monitoring | Clarion Adult Probation and docket |
| State-prison transfer | PA DOC Inmate Locator |
| State parole after prison | Department Supervised Individual Locator |
| Federal or immigration transfer | BOP, federal docket or USMS, or ICE ODLS as facts support |
A PA DOC inmate result means state jurisdiction, not a Clarion community release. An active supervised result may show that state prison ended in parole, which is conditional release before the maximum sentence. A BOP past release date ends only BOP custody. ICE ODLS has a narrow scope, and a county record stating “released to ICE” means interagency transfer.
Verify One Clarion Release
A named-person check should reconcile custody, court authority, and any continuing supervision. Start with the last known jail. Read court events chronologically, not as isolated labels. Preserve SAVIN notices if registration occurred. Then request the official movement record when exact proof matters.
For a short local custody episode, search both Magisterial District and Common Pleas records. Clarion's preliminary and trial-level records can sit in different layers. Sealed, expunged, juvenile, limited-access, pending-expungement, or destroyed matters may not appear publicly. The only safe statement after a failed search is that no public docket was found.
The full Clarion County released-inmate search path covers a single person's county, state, court, and federal branches. It should be used when the three-day period is less important than following the person's custody history.
Note: Absence from a roster, locator, or docket is a clue that requires follow-up, never proof of community release.
